 Return & Refund Policy

• Return Window – Initiate return or size exchange within 7 calendar days of delivery. 

• Eligibility – Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging. Innerwear, socks, gift cards, and “Final Sale” items are non-returnable. 

• Process –  with order ID, SKU, reason, photos (if defective). Free reverse pickup arranged or ₹100 shipping credit for self‑ship. 

• Inspection & Approval – QC within 48 hrs of receipt; approval/rejection email sent. 

• Refund Methods & Timeline – Refund to original payment source within 5‑7 business days; COD via bank transfer/UPI. Shipping/COD fees non‑refundable unless our error. 
• Size Exchange – One free size exchange; subsequent exchanges incur shipping charges. 
• Damaged/Incorrect Items – Report within 24 hrs of delivery with unboxing photos.
